[MC-51499] 3x3 nether portals- am able to break portal frame

Make a 3x3 portal and you can break the frame or obsidian and it will stay there

Cannot reproduce.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.

Also, please attach a screenshot of which block and setup you used.
