extra sounds played after closing a book

A sound is played when it had already, and it should have not.

1. Place or destroy a block
2. Switch to a book&quill in your hotbar
3. Open the book
4. Close the book
5. Listen, and you'll notice a sound is played that should not have played.

I've been noticing this with command blocks. It's anything with a GUI that pauses the game (when you're in single player of course). If the sound wasn't finished playing it will start again from the beginning instead of continuing from where it was in the sound. I once was setting 9 command blocks and got to hear a zombie's moan 9 times in a row. If it were just 9 natural zombie sounds then once he's moaned once he would wait a bit until the next one, plus the next one would be a different one of his sounds so I know it wasn't him actually doing it 9 times for real. Also (and I know this next one has been reported years ago and still isn't fixed) if you do something that causes a sound 4 seconds or longer and immediately quit to the main menu the sound will continue playing. The Enderman's really long "uh oh you've done it now" static sound would be the best thing to test it with but there are other 4-6 second ones. The cow's moo works I think.

Ah, okay. I didn't test it with any other GUIs or sounds, so I figured it was a singular problem to just the book and the blocks breaking/placing. thanks for the tip.
