[MC-5163] Firework Water Render

I am making a firework show for New Years and I notice that the water kept disappearing and re-appearing and I thought it looked kind of odd. Take a look tword the upper right corner. This is in a swamp biome if that matters at all.

Confirmed, it does remove the water from behind the explosion.
