[MC-51632] Controls reversed for pig in minecart

When controlling a pig in a minecart:

To move forward, press and hold backwards.
To move backward, press and hold backwards.
To move left, press and hold right.
To move right, press and hold left.

Regular, unmounted movement in minecart is still normal.

Steps to reproduce:

Run the following command:

/summon minecart ~ ~ ~ {Passengers:[{id:pig,Saddle:1}]}

Right-click on the pig to ride it
Move forwards/backwards/left/right
→ ❌ The controls are reversed

Confirmed. This is easiest to test on a derailed horse-riding-minecart. When on a rail you cannot move forward but can move "backwards" which sends you the opposite direction.

In 17w13b (and most likely before) you can't move on a horse in a minecart

Yeah, this is a bug. But please don't slow the speed of that combination. That's because is so useful. Also, this can be reproduced if we simply put a saddle on a pig and next the pig enters the minecart.
