[MC-51655] Ladders don't break faster with an axe

When ladder is broken with an axe, it breaks no faster than with anything else. Being wood, it should.

Just because they can be broken with any tool doesn't mean axes shouldn't break them faster. Take dirt, for instance.

I don't know how, if I even can, update this, but this affects all versions of the game.
Also, Kumasasa, The wiki is correct to the game, but the game is wrong.
