[MC-51744] Enchanted books obtained through command can't be used.

The enchanted books that were obtained with the /give command can not be attached to an item with an anvil.
Do not know if this is a bug or something that was not implemented yet, but is problematic. This prevents the use of books with "impossible" enchantments (such as looting V) for map making.

The text of the book is blue instead of yellow, you clearly screwed up with the command.

The syntax to obtain an enchanted book through /give command looks fine, I can't find out the reason of why is "blue" instead of "yellow".
/give @p enchanted_book 1 0 {ench:[{id:1,lvl:5}]}

Because the correct syntax is:

/give @p enchanted_book 1 0 {StoredEnchantments:[{id:1,lvl:5}]}
