According to the Wiki, it seems that hoe trading from villagers was taken out. Please have it brought back. Allow the farmer to offer it as a later trade option, or multiple options with each later option offering a better quality hoe.
Why I would like this feature back in is because some scenarios would find this trade as necessary for survival (make it more feasible in "no crafting" scenarios) and would make trading seem more realistic as villagers of a trade would offer the tools they work with.
