I'm working on a map, but it's kind of a problem when the final boss chunk is corrupt... I don't have a backup of this where this chunk isn't corrupt, and this is a real problem. I tested, if I go into singleplayer, it just doesn't load the chunks, so it's not a problem with the server. Thanks for looking at this!

This is not a duplicate of that... This is about certain chunks disconnecting everybody from the server when a player is present in them.
Red Creeper - if you look at all the dozens of duplicates of that ticket, quite a few seem to describe the exact same thing I saw in your video. MC-34947 is the oldest / most useful ticket covering the root cause and thus everything else is marked as a duplicate of it.
