Evertime I break a block now, it keeps reappearing, I have reinstalled JRE a few dozen times, completely erased minecraft and its folders too, video drivers auto update and are up to date, and I do not get this issue on my desktop.
This is making MC unplayable.

I should note this is single player, no custom server or mods. I also get severe lag skips near biome changes which are especially bad near jungle
