[MC-52261] Setblock'ed "Half Door" Modifies Damage Value of Block Below

Ok, when you type: "/setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:wooden_door 15", it will place the top part of a wooden door on the block you're on. If you open this "door", the block below will change, look at the pictures for reference:

The top half of the door changes the data value of the block below, but this should only happen when the block below is actually a door.
