Ticking Memory Connection N must be positive

I have played on this world with no problems for the first couple of times... note that the first time i could not open doors, chests, add or delete anything. This world has a big airport as you can see through the memory usage it takes. Now it crashes on downloading terrain and opens a crash report with ticking memory connection. Can anyone help me?
