No knot when lead is tied to a post.

No knot shown when a lead is tied to a post. The post has to be broken to release any animal tied to it.

What I expected to happen was...:
Hit the knot to break the lead.

What actually happened was...:
No knot shown to hit. Hitting where the knot should be has no effect. Post has to be broken which results in the lead being attached to the air for a few seconds before a lead drops and the animal is released.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a post.
2. Tie an animal to it via a lead.
3. Attempt to break the lead with a punch.
