[MC-5325] raining chickens

It seems that sometimes when using the chicken spawn egg &/or spawn block (monster spawner) chickens sometimes spawn way up in the air (to appear as they are raining down). this rarely hapens, but still does.

Also, update the environment. Environment is the computer you are using, and the Java version you are using

"Environment" means your system info, not where in Minecraft this happened.
