Worldboarder command Sufocate and remove

The new command, /worldborder, sufocate the player who is inside and close from the border. a 100 or 200 size border can sufocate the player inside, a large border, like 10000 don't sufocate. and the command is not removable, i try /worldborder set 0 but don't work.
