No sound for throwing potions

After first installation (or reinstallation) the sounds are downloaded in the background, that may take several minutes.

Maybe that specific sound file is corrupt, simply leave Minecraft, delete the directorey .minecraft/resources/ and restart the game (and wait some time...)
