[MC-53615] Redstone Dust Breaking Particles Bug

If you break a redstone dust, the usual particles that show when breaking a block don't show up.

(There is no way to get a Screenshot of this so there is none.

I'm new here I'm not sure how to report a bug but please share this bug as I haven't seen it reported yet and it's a important bug. When there's one piece of redstone put down it appears to go off in all 4 directions instead of being just a circle of dust as it should be. It should only go in a direction if there's redstone connected on that side. I'm a huge redstone fanatic mainly play on Console some pc.
