[MC-53711] Hunger Bar Does Not Show When Riding Boat

When I ride a boat in SURVIVAL MODE, in version 1.7.9, the hunger bar does not show.

this is when riding ANY entity, it's to make room for the health bar of the ridden entity, look at when riding horses
I guess this is works as intended
