Resource Packs are still loaded into Java even if unloaded after use

The title says it all.

*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Load resource pack in the Resource Pack menu.
2. Unload resource pack after you loaded it.
3. Try to modify the resource pack you unloaded (ex: deleting it) and you will a get a message that it's still being used.

The picutre clearly shows that the resource pack was already loaded.

Blah... its not loaded, its just in the 'installed packs' list.

as for the issue, just exit the resource packs screen with the pack unloaded.
