[MC-53879] Crash to Desktop Upon Creating Spawner

Created a Wither Skeleton Spawn with the following command:

/setblock 150 -200 8 mob_spawner 0 replace {EntityId:Skeleton,SpawnData:{SkeletonType:1}}

Immediately afterwards, the game crashes for anyone who loads that chunk. I have attached the crash report.

Your Java version is out of date! Please update your Java to the latest version (1.7.0_55): http://www.java.com/en/download/.

When using a 32-bit browser on a 64-bit operating system the automatic version detection will only show the 32-bit version of Java, the 64-bit version needs to be downloaded manually: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp.
Please report if the issue persists with the latest Java version.

Updated Java to 1.7.0_55. Issue still occurs immediately when the chunk in question loads. Error file attached.
