[MC-54155] Redstone dust does not place on blocks or "power" items correctly.

When placing redstone dust in a line, it does not connect appropriately. Additionally, this causes items that require redstone to be "fed" directly into the block to not receive power and work correctly.

Duplicate of MC-53384. You need to update your Resourcepack or tell the creator to update it.
