[MC-54205] Barriers not seeable

When I placed a barrier down in creative mode, I could not see the barriers, even with the barrier block in hand. New bug?

Nope. This appears to be a particle issue. When particles are set to minimal, the barrier block doesn't appear. This is intended. When the particles are set to decreased/all, the barrier block will appear.

The barrier not being shown if NOT holding the barrier in hand is intended.

The barrier not being shown if holding the barrier in hand is not intended.
