[MC-54231] Item Frame Crash On Multiplayer

When placing an item frame in multiplayer enviroment it makes everyones game crash, but not the server.

Environment

Windows 7 64-bit, Java 8u20 b05 (also java 7), server, Vanilla

I did search, but didn't find any related.

This issue has been reported 70-80 times, what did you search so that you couldn't find any of these duplicates?

I found only old item frame stuff.
The search should be improved
