I used my wolf/dog in my minecraft world as a tie of a well. And after making other projects for hours, the leashes are gone. I didn't make screenshot of the gone leashes, because I remade the well. And there's another one, If you leave your leashed horse(s) for a long time like mining, etc, the leash(es) will disappear.

I can relate to this issue also, I've lost so many horses because of this bug, now I place a chest next to them and I always deposit the horse armor and saddle, already lost 4 saddle and 4 iron horse armors. I've built a Stable for them but they still vanish, even 2 with nametags, like if they were deleted by the game.

Well, actually this issue is not really a duplicate. Because it was gone not because I save and quit from the world, it wasn't by the chunk reload. Because I was standing in front of my well that I made, and waiting(eating, etc) just want to prove that I found this bug. I was just waiting, and I got bored so I wanted to get the leash from the fence. Well, it couldn't.
