Breaking Stone Monster Egg (or any other monster egg) in creative does not spawn a silverfish.

It should have spawned a silverfish.

Nothing happened. Yes, it was a Monster Egg. I checked.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get stone monster egg (or any other monster egg) in creative from the creative inventory.
2. Make sure difficulty is on Easy or above, not peaceful.
3. Place monster egg.
4. Break block.
5. Watch nothing happen.

This appears to be intended, as blocks are destroyed instantly.

No this is a bug, silverfish die instantly from poison potions.

this is a intended added feature to the game it was meant to be it is not a bug if you would read change logs or videos they will tell you about this

In previous versions they appeared when broken in creative.
