[Customized World]Taiga rains but doesnt snow

After I tested the customized, I look around. I noticed that there were no snow in Taiga Biome So I tried /weather rain, and it rained but no snow

This is intended. As of 1.7, Taiga can now be spawned without snow.

Use "Cold Taiga" for snow.
