When the WorldBorder command is used, the borders are not set correctly in the nether. For example, when the world border is set to 3,000 from 0,0, the border in the nether is at roughly 177, when it should be at 375 (3,000 / 8).

If you set the worldborder to 3000 @ 0/0 in the Overworld, it goes from -1500 to +1500, thus it goes from -187 to +187 around 0/0 in the Nether.
