Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (i.e. 1.10.2, or 16w42a) of Minecraft?

Confirmed for 1.13.1.

Can no longer reproduce in 20w06a. Haven't checked 1.15 or earlier. Can someone else please check if this is still an issue?
