[MC-5464] Falling out of a world does not kill you

When I jump into the void I do not die. I just keep falling and falling. This happens in both survival and creative. I have a clean jar in 1.4.6. I made a video to show you guys. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Urn2YDzGb2o

It is only in 1.4.6 and I think I has resolved itself anyway. That was weird though. I have a video so it is not fake though.
