Hello. I'm having a problem with the game. I open up minecraft launcher then press the play button. It starts loading up the game and opens the minecraft 1.7.9 window. After a few seconds the window closes and it opens up the launcher again. It doesn't want to go into the game. It just closes. I have a legit account, I paid for minecraft and it doesn't want to open up the game. Even after re-download the game. First time this happens to me. Please help!!

I tried that but it still wont start go into the game. It just opens up the minecraft game window with the mojang logo for like 3 sec and then it closes.
This is in the launcher, not the game. You say it goes back to the launcher, please follow the instructions as provided.
Sorry to say, but the Intel 4 Series (and older) video cards are unable to play 1.7.4 and future versions of Minecraft. You will need to buy a new video card or computer to play new versions.
For now, you can still play 1.7.2 or older versions of the game. To change your game to a different version, start the launcher. Select Edit Profile. In the "Use Version" dropdown menu, select the game version you want. Then click Save Profile.
You can try your luck and update your Graphics Card Drivers as some chipsets are still supported. If that doesn't work, then the first part of this applies.
Please attach the complete output of the "Development console" which can be found on the second tab of the launcher.
If the launcher closes after game start, please edit your profile and select "Launcher visibility" then, "Keep the launcher open".
