Item frames crashing servers
What I expected to happen was...:
Nothing, just that the item frame would act normaly
What actually happened was...:
the server and that chunk caused people to crash
Steps to Reproduce:
1. be on a server
2. placed an item frame on a command block and behind a barrier
3. crashed game - it doesn't seem to affect single player though
Environment
OS: Windows 7 (ver 6.1, arch amd64)
Java: 1.7.0_45 (by Oracle Corporation)
Launcher: Minecraft Launcher 1.4.2 (bootstrap 5)
Minecraft: 14w18a (updated Wed Apr 30 11:25:35 BST 2014)

Although you listed 14w18b, your environment is showing 14w18a, thus I'm marking this as a duplicate of MC-54008.
You also need to update your Java to the latest 1.7.0_55 version.
Please provide a crash report.
