[MC-54680] World Generation Menu Crashes

When I load up the world generation menu for creating a new world, the game gets stuck on the buttons. It gets it so I can't do anything. I keep on restarting the game, but it still doesn't work. Problem with 14w02b through 14w18b.

Please attach the complete output of the "Development console" which can be found on the second tab of the launcher.

If the launcher closes after game start, please edit your profile and select "Launcher visibility" then, "Keep the launcher open".
