Renamed writable books can not be written in.

What I expected to happen was:
Rename a writable book and type in it.

What actually happened was:
I renamed a writable book and it becomes unresponsive to typing in its GUI.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Aquire a writable book.
2. Rename the writable book in any manner (anvil, commands, etc)
3. Attempt to type in its GUI.
