made no changes. was playing then gameplay started to freeze and became non responsive (not fps or isp).
only pushed it to crash the first time, got message:
minecraft.jar java SE binary not responding
updated drivers/reinstalled. didn't change anything.
I have looked for a solution for a few hours and all I have found are reports of this bug/error starting back in 2012.
by this time I hope there is a solution.

^ that is probably why it is still an issue.. the not my problem go somewhere else attitude. please give better than a link to the same page that sent me here. and fyi.. the technical support(not that its labeled that) defines these issues as BUGS! so it would help if both your apparently separate info centers would collaborate on these BUGS to make a real solution.
I looked up things for over 3 hours. you took less than 30 seconds to label it as invalid. if that's customer service I want my money back >.< give a better solution or a DIRECT link.
and on top of the vague link you posted.. its not currently working! thanks.
This website, as a bug tracker for Minecraft, is intended to track gameplay issues. A java application not responding is not this type of issue, which is why you are asked to go elsewhere for the support you need. This type of problem can be caused by many things, including erroneous java installations, conflicting windows applications and malware. This website is not intended to provide technical support to deal with such issues. I have just tested the link provided to access the Support Center, and i can assure you that it is functional. Perhaps try a different web browser? The support center provides direction to many resources, not just this bug tracker, and one of which you may find useful is the Help Chatroom, where people will help you (in real time might I add) to resolve this. We are not trying to sweep issues under a rug, but direct users with issues that do not pertain directly to the game to resources that will better assist them.
This is a technical support issue; this site is for bug reports only. For technical support please use the Mojang Support Center.
