[MC-5488] Boats randomly "sink", float and move on their own.

While playing the game, I noticed that in my boat dock, the boats would randomly "gain" water, float in midair, and move without touching it.

I belive it is not a duplicate, because it happens while playing. There are also bugs more than just floating in midair.
