[MC-54948] Items change position slightly shortly after landing

Pretty simple, items will move position slightly after landing... sometimes considerably farther than other times. Submitting for posterity mostly...

When a block is destroyed or harvested, and the resulting item hits the ground 🙂

A moment after it is on the ground, it moves instantaneously a small distance from where it initially stopped. It happens 100% of the time, and it can become slightly irritating.

I apologize for the dupes. Trying to search for the glitch among this database was quite daunting to me and I gave up after a little while. 😛
