Blocks do not update outside of world border

When the world border is expanded to accommodate for these blocks, it turns into a BUD.

Working as Intended as there are invisible blocks that prevent you from moving/water from flowing outside of border.

Hmm... Ill update to 1420but and see what happens.

Just tested in 14w21b, this does indeed appear to be fixed.

Hi Torabi, Joaquin, i'm curious, how did you test this? I'm getting exactly the same behavior in 14w21 as with any other snapshot, with buckets and draining water sources.

Maybe I misinterpreted the original report, but if I place a water source block inside the barrier, it can flow outside the barrier. Similarly, if I remove a water source block that is inside the barrier, any water flowing from it outside the barrier will disappear.

Appearing to be able to place or remove water source blocks outside the barrier (it doesn't actually place or remove them, it's just a ghost) is MC-54119.

Ah. Going off of the attachment image to this report, I think he was having trouble with water source blocks (like that waterfall) that were outside the border, ie, the same issue as mc-54119. Although.. he said it was fixed now, so again I'm unsure.

I ment to update the description, but never got to it. Anyway, I placed water then shrank the world border to test. Before 14w20a, it stopped flowing. Now it continues flowing correctly.
