[MC-55122] Black background and black dots at day time

What I expected to happen was that the world would have lava sea and water sea.

What actually happened was that when i fly high up into the sky (like 100 block up), i'll see the background of the night time bellow the day texture and i'll see stars as black dots at day time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. There you change your gamemode when creating a new world, press "More world options"
2. at "world type" press until it says "World type: Customized"
3. Press the button "Customise"
4. Turn on "lava oceans"
5. Press "Done" and then press "Create new world"

Cannot reproduce. Can you attach a screenshot, and a manually triggered crash report? Hold F3 + C for 10 seconds while ingame, and attach the crash report from this location: [minecraft|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt

Related to MC-1689 (Just inverted) It usually doesn't happen this close to the ground, but it could have been caused by lag or something like that.

Quite right. It's the same behavior, just in the day instead of night. The terrain probably just hadn't generated or rendered yet.
