i try redownloading the game but this blue and red thing stuff doesnt change it is affecting my gaming i cant even make my first video because of this thing can you pls fix this for me thanks

You have 3D anaglyph mode enabled. Either get yourself a set of red-cyan 3D glasses, or simply disable this option in the video settings.
