If you have powered redstone powering a redstone repeater, and that repeater is powering another repeater from the side, the tick switch on the repeater turns into a bedrock texture.

Put the summary of the bug you're having here

I wanted to see what would happen if a redstone repeater was powered from the side
I wasn't sure if it would work

The tick part turned into a peice of bedrock
it still wasn't powered

Steps to Reproduce:
1. place a source of power (Redstone Torch)
2. have a repeater facing outwards
3. have another repeater facing sideways with the first one powering the sideways one.
