[MC-55353] Cursor doesn't show in full screen

When I go into full screen I can't see my mouse pointer while in inventory or menus.

Fixed by switching to basic pointer and turning pointer trails and shadows off(http://gaming.stackexchange.com/questions/51351/mouse-cursor-wont-display-in-full-screen-games)

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.
