Mouse Control problems

This happens on Minecraft 1.7.9, 1.7.2 and 1.6.4.

When I run Minecraft on my primary screen at 1080p, it works fine. When I drag it to my secondary screen, the mouse goes crazy, if I barely move the mouse, the view moves very fast.
If I change the resolution on my primary screen and run it there, it goes crazy.
If I change the resolution on my secondary screen and run it there, it goes crazy.
When I disconnect either of the screens, same thing happens.

I tried a different mouse, but the same issue was there. My video drivers are updated.
