Cant Enchant Fishing Poll With 1.7 Enchants

When you use a fishing pole in an enchantment table, it shows the new enchantments, but when you hover you mouse over them it does not say the name. When you put lapis lazuli in the in the enchantment table with the fishing pole and enough levels, and click on the enchantment, nothing will happen.
