[MC-55680] Unable to collect Water from Cauldrons with a bucket

Although players are able to fill a cauldron with a water bucket we are unable to collect it from one even when it's completely full, this is either a bug or an oversight as are able to fill bottles

Intended.

While not an official source, the MC Wiki states that "water and lava can be obtained only by using the bucket on a source block; shallow, running fluids cannot be collected."

Source blocks don't include cauldrons.

Valid, however it may also be an oversight, to the best of my understanding, the game considers 1 bucket, equal to one source block, it takes 1 bucket to fill 1 cauldron, with no obvious excess left over, would it not follow that the continence of the cauldron would equal 1 Source block?
