I found a jungle stronghold around 1000 blocks away from spawn in creative mode (not sure if the distance had to do with the bug) and when I went inside there was no dispensers and no chests. Where they should have been had been replaced with regular mossy cobblestone blocks.
I found an additional two more jungle temples and both were in the same situation, no dispensers or chests in them. The seed where the issue occurred is -8061525112730960317 and the jungle temples are to the far north of where the player spawns.

@Kumasasa Have you tried looking around the co-ordinates of where the picture was tooken? Just suggesting; the reporter may have made a mistake.

Taking that spawn is even north of the 0-axis, I guess that's a good start to look. Would rather wait for the reporter to give us the exact directions..
Here are the three coordinates of the jungle temples I found that were without chests or dispensers.
x: 832 z:-1936
x:1376 z: -1952
x:1232 z:-2304
I could try to take a picture, however, when I'm in a jungle biome, my computer runs at a whopping 8 fps if I'm lucky so it is tough for me to get into a jungle biome, let alone get a picture in one.
Alright, thank you for checking. Now I just have to figure out why they didn't show up in my game haha.
There is no jungle "just north of spawn", please provide the coordinates.
