[MC-55875] Can Spectate minecarts

When clicking a minecart w/ chest or furnace while in spectator mode, you 'spectate' the cart.

Its because in spectator mode, you can't interact with things.So this is not a bug, its a feature.

If you click a chest in spectator mode, it opens the chest, so you can see the contents, but not edit it. With minecarts, you see what the cart sees...

It works for me, as long as I right-click. However if you left-click you spectate the minecart.

To only describe the spectating, as checking the chest does work.
