When I was playing around with a TNT Minecart, I noticed that it does not detonate with redstone, and flint and steel does not easily detonate TNT.

TNT minecarts can be activated in 2 ways.
1. Activator Rail
2. Mutiple TNT minecarts on the same track, and moving said minecarts.
As for the second part of the bug, I myself can't seem to reproduce it.
