Renamed Mine-Carts Lose Name After Usage

Using 5 levels to rename a minecart is basically pointless since after placing it on a rail and picking it up, it loses its name and reverts back to Minecart. I think this should be fixed, as having a Lamborghini minecart that can be reused is only reasonable.
