I expected to happen was i will repeat that redstone iam newbie at redstone so i try and i try and i found this bug.
What actually happened was when i right click the redstone repeater in that photo.

In pictures 3 and 4, the lever is powering the repeaters. Definitely a duplicate.

Replace the first repeater with a redstone wire and it should work (provided you turn the switch back off as quick as possible). I usually just use a hopper clock myself (2 hoppers pointed at each other trading 1 lone item back and forth, with a comparator connected to one of them).
