Endermites being spawned in incorrectly with their hit-boxes being unresponsive.

On my 14w21b server I experienced a bug where when a enderman teleported away, it left an endermite, but the endermites hit-box was unresponsive while the model appeared and spun in circles. The Model did respond to blocks around it being changed, but it didnt respond me attemping to interact with it.
