[MC-56504] Idling Endermites "spin" fast for a bit.

Spawned endermites , when idling on a block, they act crazy for about 3 seconds, then they stop spinning.It's possible to stop their spinning movement by moving them.

Are you sure? The endermites spinning is definitely a dupe of said report.

But see the differences:
Can be moved
Can be killed
Spin for a bit, then stop, but it's continuous and irregular
While MC-51152 & MC-53110 say
Can'T be moved
Can'T be killed, lava, tnt, everything won't work, digging to the Void and make them fall I think is the only way
There's still the old Endermite texture before the changes
Continuous spin.
